Restoration 1 has continued to add staff, built in new support systems, added and refined new training programs, technology and models, built and implemented new operating software, written new operations manuals, and been diligent in adding new franchises all over the country in great markets with fantastic potential for the restoration business. These initiatives were all defined and presented at the Restoration 1 annual conference in April, 2016 and the organization had a goal for 100 locations in 2016. The exciting initiatives, consistently high levels of service, commitment to growth and expansion in the restoration field have driven the Restoration 1 network to 83 locations. There are many more franchise candidates in the pipeline and the business is continuing to expand at both the consumer level and the franchise level.

As the Restoration 1 franchise system has expanded, the leadership team has committed to be at the forefront of the industry with the latest technology, best in class training, and support systems franchisees need to grow their business within the Restoration 1 network. The business model is continuing to expand and become more diverse with a wider array of options for franchisees to generate business and find opportunities. Whether through reconstruction, restoration, disaster restoration or other opportunities, the business has grown not only in size, but in capabilities.

The exciting news related to Restoration 1 is also that there seems to be widespread investment not only by the franchisor and the management staff, but also the Franchise network.
