Nitrogen Ice Cream Shop Opens Newest Location in Buckhead



Buckhead, GEORGIA (November 6, 2019)-NitroLicious, a locally owned and operated ice cream shop, has opened its newest location in Buckhead.

NitroLicious specializes in ice cream flash frozen using liquid nitrogen. Everything is made-to-order, making this more than just dessert; it’s an experience.

The concept is owned by business partners Ken Mansfield, Natasha Mann, and Tanja McPeters. The menu is comprised of a variety of options that are more in-depth than the average ice cream treat. Nitrogen ice cream, frozen yogurt, cheesecakes, espresso drinks, and smoothies are all found under the NitroLicious roof, and they even serve up delicious vegan ice cream. 

Visitors can customize their ice cream flavor using any combination of ingredients. Some of the top favorites include Habanero Strawberry, Banana Pudding with Nilla Wafers, and Peach Cobbler. The space is around 1200 square feet, bright, and welcoming. One wall displays an informative how-to graphic. All of the nitrogen tanks add a futuristic, innovative feel to the establishment. 

One visitor’s review recounts “Where else can you have your custom made ice cream frozen in front of your eyes in any flavor you can imagine? Want a single scoop of hazelnut, jalapeño, butter pecan, banana? They can make it for you from scratch and it is so good!” NitroLicious is one of a kind in Buckhead.
