LAS VEGAS- The International Pizza Expo will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center March 4 through 9, with exhibits opening March 5. The Expo will feature over 80 seminars, networking events, demos, and workshops all geared towards pizzeria and pizza-concept restaurant owners, managers, and operators. One such attendee for 2019 is Da’ Crust Pizza and Kitchen based out of Henderson, Nevada.
Owner Frank McCaron, winner of the 2009 International Las Vegas Pizza Challenge, is taking the next step in success at the International Pizza Expo where he will be launching Da’ Crust’s franchise system and the show is the first marketing opportunity to showcase the brand and get the model out to market. Da’ Crust features pizza, pasta, salad, and more, all available through in-store patronage or online ordering. Their house specialties include an authentic deep-dish Chicago style pizza and Da’ Philly cheesesteak.
What can interested future franchisees expect from Da’ Crust? McCaron explains what sets his establishment apart. “What we have here is an authentic Chicago style deep dish pizza and an authentic east coast tomato pie… We can adapt to any environment.” With a menu that spans the favorite pizza styles of the nation, the Expo makes the perfect backdrop to launch their franchise model. McCaron’s goal is to “take [Da’ Crust] to a nationwide franchise” and that is just what will be happening at this year’s Pizza Expo.
