Trustegrity is proud to announce Paul Andrews as one of their newest franchise owners. Paul is a graduate of California State University – Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. He studied economics with an emphasis in real estate and land use.
Upon graduating from California State University in 1993, Paul began work for Executive West Funding Corp. as a residential loan officer. After leaving Executive West in 1995, he was employed by West Bay Commercial as Vice President of office leasing and sales. Paul left West Bay Commercial in 2000 for Colliers International where he was employed as Senior Vice President for seven years.
Beginning in 2008, Paul worked as Director – Corporate/Tenant Representation Services for Cushman & Wakefield. Upon leaving Cushman & Wakefield in 2013, Paul came to work for Cresa as Senior Vice President of tenant advisory and representation where he remains today.
In 2009 until the present, Paul volunteers as a member of the board of directors at Jericho Project. Other volunteer experiences include Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish & School as well as Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Sacramento.
Paul has sold and leased all commercial asset types including office, industrial, warehouse, R&D/Flex, retail, apartments/multi-family, and ranch/land estate. His private and public clients include those from all industries.
